Licensing
All of our themes are under GPL license. (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html)., we provide license pricing plans, you can purchase according to your need.
Pricing
Pricing of the theme may vary from time to time and will be charged as per the actual price on the day of the purchase. Purchase of a theme is a one-time charge.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds till 30 days after the purchase of the theme subject to the following conditions:
You are eligible for a refund if the theme does not work for your server for which you need to send us WordPress admin details and the URL of the site.
1. You find any bugs in the theme. But first, our team will verify the bug.
2. Your site crashes after activating the theme. But You have to let our team verify the issue on your site first.
You are not eligible for a refund for the following:
- The theme works fine on your server but features don’t match or you thought something else
- Your requirements got changed and you do not need the theme any longer
- Your client canceled the project
- You got some other theme that you think is a better fit currently
- You do not require a website at the moment
- These features don’t meet your requirements or aren’t extensive as you thought
- Kindly email us at voltthemes@gmail.com asking for a refund and stating the reason why you need the refund. We will try to solve your problems or else provide you with a refund.
No refunds are provided after the first 30 days, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for canceled accounts.
All Theme Packages do not qualify for Refunds including renewals and subscriptions. Kindly email us questions if you have any before purchasing the All Themes Package. You can cancel renewals and subscriptions before it again renews within the time duration of 1 year.
Support
VFthemes provides support services for its products to Clients with an active subscription. Support is provided via email. Upon subscription expiration, a Client’s access to support is terminated.
Support is not about making heavy customization or creating additional features, nor do we provide support for any third-party software you might choose to use with our product. You should not expect customization for functionality not already provided within our theme.
Theme Support is provided only on the email. We do not give any support via comments, Twitter, Facebook, or any other means. Please keep in mind that due to the time difference instant support may not be possible. We will try to reply to your questions usually within 24 hours during the support times.
Updates
Our themes or plugins are constantly updated to be compatible with the latest stable version of WordPress, ensuring that you will use the most current version of our themes.
Premium theme updates are available only to active members within their subscription date whereas our free themes update will always be free to all.
Browser Compatibility
Our products support all modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, and Chrome (all on PC & Mac).
Warranty
We (Company, Employees, Directors, CEO, or anyone directly related to the company) are not liable for any claims, costs, demands, damages, liabilities, or expenses that may arise due to the use of any of our themes or services or breach of these terms and conditions.
We are also not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages by the use of our themes, this website, or by use of our services offered.
Ownership and Liability
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of Vfthemes Themes. So it is strictly forbidden.
